you know how when you meet someone new (or when you start getting closer to someone you know)  it takes away the need for eating?? 

maybe its just me, its just i found in the past three days al ive eaten was 1 apple juice and one weetbix with milk and havnt been hungry, i havnt had to force myself not to eat cos the desire isnt there.

its not like your trying to impress that person so much you dont want to eat its just like, they are your substitute for food!

does anyone else get this?? i hope it lasts for a while till i can get seriously back on track!! i got some photos ill post tonight probly, some of my progress and some beautiful thinspo ones,


please talk, let me know how you figure on this situation

I feel so gross lately.
My zeros are tight.
And I'm weighing 99.
Ew ew ew.
And friday I have to see my boyfriend.
I want to look really good.
any suggestions to lose like 10 pounds in a few days, in addition to starvation?

so for those of you who remeber my little three day emergency plan from about a week ago, it actually went uite well. by the third night i was feeling more comfertable about myself and yeah the night went verywell:) any who! i have a new plan. i like this boy:) and he has gone away for two weeks,SO i have come up with a new 2 week plan! ive got to finalise all the little bits yet but i shall post it later today!

for those who are interested PLEASE add me cos im gonna post as friends only and yeah, i get a little paranoid wondering who may come across these thoings!

how much weiught is it possible to loose in 48 hours ANND how did you do it!! i seriously will do as much possible to lose the most weight there is possible to loose!!!

im going out in two nights time, normally i would try to postpone or somthing but this is the only time possible as the person leaves very soon!!


PLEASE help me! i am a member of the gym and will do anything possible, i know i shouldnt be after such quick fixes, but who knows maybe if i get a headstart on this one ill mbe more determin to succeedd in the long run!!

how many cals per how many saltine crackers?
are saltines a good thing to munch on through out the day?
what's a good thing to go with saltines?
and what do any of you think about arrowroot bisquits for babies? (30 cals each i believe)
and how do y'all feel about ginger herbal tea? (10 cals)

Haven't updated in a while.
The only thing new about me is I've started doing speed.
My boyfriend knows, I kind of forced myself to tell him, and although he's not happy about it, he's dealing with it the best he can.
I'm still drinking. More than I used too.
That's the biggest calorie intake I have, is what's in my rum.
But I can't help it if I'm an alco.

I'm in great need of a detox, but I want to do a safe one.
What do you do when you do a detox???
